How it works

Only available for UK customers. When we've received your kit, we might contact you before we wash it. If you have any questions before sending us your gear, don't hesitate to call the Ambleside Wash Station on 015394 54954.

1. Order your wash online as a standalone order
2. Package your kit
3. Include your order number and contact details in the package. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email

4. Visit our DPD Returns Portal. To make sure your product gets to the right department select Repair Service or Wash Service as the return reasons. Once you have filled in your return details you will be given the option to generate a QR code and print your label in a drop off location, or print your own label and drop it off at a DPD drop off location. There are over 11,000 DPD Parcel Shops around the country.

5. Post your wash or arrange a collection
