Replace worn diaphragms and valves on the Udor Kappa 55 Diaphragm Pump and keep your spraying operation on schedule with the replacements included in this Rittenhouse Udor Kappa 55 Diaphragm and Valve Complete Repair Kit (KAPPA55REPAIRKIT). You will know when it's time to replace the diaphragms if you see a milky grey color in the sight glass or if the oil plug pops out. This means one or more of the diaphragms have ruptured. Do not run the pump and replace the diaphragms as soon as possible or serious damage to the pump may occur. Diaphragms should be replaced every 3 months or 500 hours, while valves should be replaced every 6 months or 1000 hours if your pump is in constant use.
